This tooling implements standard desktop house keeping and generating a Support Report that enables the Service Desk and Support teams to log and handle calls easier. Improving confidence and User Experience within the client. 
Managed Service: Managed Service provides Service Desk and Desktop Support Innovation Reviews, working as a true partnership with the client giving the ability to provide more complex automated solutions. This could range from Outlook Profiles regeneration to Active Directory management or Password Expiry Prevention.

Overview: The First Fix Application - improves Service Desk and Desktop Productivity by delivering analytical, self help and bespoke automation. 
Support Report: Decrease Call Handling Time - The Support Report delivers all key information to the service desk agent before the call is initiated, decreasing the total call handling time while improving the user experience and delivering an all round productivity saving. 
 
The export of this report can also be used to automate ticket creation directly via Email. 
Desktop Automation Centre: Bespoke Automation - We can consolidate commonly used scripts and build them in to our tooling for a single point of approved automation, we also work alongside our clients to review common fixes each month to proactively add and maintain the latest fixes that provide the most cost savings.
